These terms govern use of the KPZsProductions website and the submission of project inquiries via the contact form.
Service provider
The service provider is Kacper Duda, operating under the KPZsProductions brand. KPZsProductions is not a registered company or sole proprietorship – services are provided by a private individual. Phone: 501 740 587. Contact address: Czerwionka Leszczyny 44-230 Jesionka 79.
Contact form
Submitting the form does not create a service contract – it is a project inquiry. A contract is formed only after individual agreement and acceptance of a quote by both parties.
Intellectual property
Content, design, and source code shown on this site, including case studies, belong to KPZsProductions or are shown with the client's consent. Copying without consent is prohibited.
Liability
KPZsProductions strives to keep site information accurate and current, but accepts no liability for decisions made solely on that basis without individual consultation.
Complaints
Complaints about delivered services are handled under the terms individually agreed in the client contract.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
