The data controller is Kacper Duda, operating under the KPZsProductions brand. KPZsProductions is not a registered company or sole proprietorship – services are provided by a private individual. What data we collect
Through the contact form (project brief) we collect your name, email address, and message. If PostHog analytics is enabled, we also collect anonymous usage data – session ID, pages visited, device type.
Purpose and legal basis
We process form data to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote – under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest: maintaining business contact). Analytics data is processed under consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
Retention period
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, up to 24 months after the last contact – unless a contract is signed, in which case statutory accounting retention rules apply.
Data recipients
Data is processed on Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) infrastructure; emails are sent via Google Workspace (SMTP). Analytics data, where PostHog is enabled, is processed by PostHog Inc.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights: kontakt@kpzsproductions.pl.
