Through the contact form (project brief) we collect your name, email address, and message. If PostHog analytics is enabled, we also collect anonymous usage data session ID, pages visited, device type.
We process form data to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest: maintaining business contact). Analytics data is processed under consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, up to 24 months after the last contact unless a contract is signed, in which case statutory accounting retention rules apply.
Data is processed on Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) infrastructure; emails are sent via Google Workspace (SMTP). Analytics data, where PostHog is enabled, is processed by PostHog Inc.
